Pacific Oaks Children's School

Pacific Oaks Children's School offers renowned programs for children ages six months through six years of age. The school has been at the forefront of early childhood education for more than 60 years and is internationally known for its progressive approach and pioneering accomplishments in the areas of inclusive education, emergent curriculum, and peaceful conflict resolution. Many undergraduate, graduate, and teacher credentialing students at Pacific Oaks College have the opportunity to volunteer at and/or complete a portion of their training at the Children's School.

The 1.5 acre Children's School campus provides an ideal setting for learning and exploration, with tree-shaded pathways, original craftsman homes, state-of-the-art play yards, a children's library, art studio, and a neighborhood-like atmosphere. The School offers both part-time and full-day programming; maintains low teacher-to-child ratios; and employs a unique team of professionals that includes exceptional teachers, an artist and musician in residence, a children's librarian, and a special needs consultant.
