Recruitment
Applying to The Community Solution
Recruitment Process
What to Expect
After applying you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. Once our Human Resources Department conducts a review of your application, you will receive notification regarding the next steps in our recruitment process.
Candidate Screening
Our Human Resources team reviews each candidate and their application thoroughly. We compare each applicants’ experience, education, and skills reflected in their resume and application, against the qualifications and requirements of the open position. Our goal is to find the most qualified candidates for each job opportunity.
We use advanced AI technology to help our recruiters quickly identify the most qualified candidates based on the information in their resumes and applications. The AI highlights strong matches so we can connect with you faster—but every candidate is still personally reviewed by our recruiting team, and we verify the accuracy of the AI’s suggestions before making any decisions. We regularly monitor the tool for fairness and accuracy. During the application process, candidates can choose to have their application reviewed by AI and may also opt in to having their previous applications considered for future opportunities
We encourage candidates to tailor your resume to the job description, highlight key qualifications and skills listed in the posting, and use clear, consistent formatting so AI can read your resume accurately.
Interviewing
If you’re selected to move forward, a member of our team will contact you to schedule your first interview. During the conversation(s), we’ll share details about the role and our organization, and ask questions to better understand your skills, experiences, and interest in joining The Community Solution. You’ll also have time to ask any questions of your own so you can decide if the opportunity is the right fit for you.
