Vancouver Partnership and Learning Centre
Connecting Students, Alumni, Institutions, and Partners Across Canada
At The Community Solution Education System, we’re dedicated to empowering a new generation of graduates to shape our communities for the better. Our commitment extends to Canada, where we aim to build pathways for Canadian students to pursue degrees in high-demand fields and strengthen local expertise through workshops, trainings, and continuing education. At our new Partnership and Learning Centre, we offer a space where students, alumni, and local leaders can build a community with lasting impact.

Our Educational Community in Canada
The Community Solution Education System is a nonprofit system of colleges and universities working together to prepare professionals in fields that serve people, communities, and high-need areas of society.
In Canada, this work is grounded in a collaborative model that brings together institutional expertise, alumni experience, prospective student engagement, and community partnerships. Through the Vancouver Partnership and Learning Centre, The Community Solution is creating a localized point of connection for those who are part of this growing educational community.

Alumni as Part of the Solution
Alumni are an important part of The Community Solution’s growing presence in Canada. Their experiences, professional journeys, and community connections help demonstrate the long-term value of a Community Solution education and the impact our graduates are making across professions and communities.
The Alumni Ambassador Program in Canada is a volunteer initiative designed to strengthen alumni engagement, support prospective students, and create meaningful opportunities for connection across Canada.
Alumni Ambassadors represent the institution from which they graduated while also contributing to a broader System-wide effort to help future students better understand the value of this educational community.
Selected ambassadors may be invited to:
- Share their student and professional experience
- Participate in virtual or in-person events
- Support prospective student connections
- Help strengthen visibility for their institution in Canada
- Contribute to future storytelling, mentorship, and engagement opportunities
Why Alumni Voices Matter
Prospective students often want to hear from people who have already walked a similar path. Alumni can offer a perspective no webpage or brochure can fully provide: what the educational experience meant, how it shaped their professional journey, and how their institution continues to connect to their work and purpose.
Through the Alumni Ambassador Program, Canada-based alumni can help create meaningful connections between future students, graduates, institutions, and professional communities.

Student and Alumni Spotlight

“As an online student living outside the country, opportunities for in-person connection with my alma mater are rare. That’s why I was so delighted to attend The Community Solution event in Vancouver. Meeting administrators and alumni from across the System was energizing, and I believe having a Canadian office and occasional in-person events will strengthen alumni bonds – benefiting graduates through community, collaboration, and support.”
Sandra Dennis

“Being invited to The Community Solution’s alumni event in Vancouver was profoundly rewarding. It was an honor to share my perspective and affirming to see the System’s genuine commitment to a two-way relationship with alumni. This proactive approach to connection is what makes University of Western States and the System as a whole such a special community.”
Jaipaul Parmer, DC

“The new Vancouver Learning and Partnership Centre is a versatile, accessible space that makes it easier than ever for alumni to come together. At the recent event, I was able to connect not only with graduates from University of Western States but also with alumni from across The Community Solution – opening doors for collaboration, growth, and a deeper understanding of whole-person health.”
