Chancellor Michael Horowitz

Michael Horowitz, Ph.D., is the founder and chancellor of The Community Solution Education System, a nonprofit network of six colleges and universities spanning twelve metropolitan locations and educating more than 13,000 students annually.

He previously served as president of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from 2000 to 2010, transforming it from a small, financially challenged institution into a thriving multi-campus university. 

Trained as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Horowitz has dedicated his career to championing higher education models that better serve students and communities. His expertise in organizational leadership, academic innovation, and strategic growth has established him as a respected voice in higher education transformation.
